The Scotia Suzuki School of Music is located in the Lebanese Cultural Center at 6141 Chebucto Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our faculty members are skilled and dedicated teachers. They continue to be involved with teacher training, workshops and institutes to keep them at the highest level in their teaching practices. Suzuki teachers are members of and have been accredited by the Suzuki Association of the Americas.

For Suzuki students, the school year totals 36 weeks. They will receive 10 -20 group classes in the year. Students have weekly private lessons that parents are required to attend. Group classes are part of the curriculum and not optional. Shorter summer blocks of lessons are also taught. Students have many opportunities to perform throughout the year.
