The Scotia Suzuki School of Music is located in the Lebanese Cultural Center at 6141 Chebucto Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our faculty members are skilled and dedicated teachers. They continue to be involved with teacher training, workshops and institutes to keep them at the highest level in their teaching practices. Suzuki teachers are members of and have been accredited by the Suzuki Association of the Americas.

Our family has been at the Scotia Suzuki School of Music since our kids were toddlers. They started in the Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) program and transitioned effortlessly into the Suzuki violin program. The teachers at the school have played a huge part in our children's growth, and they genuinely care about their wellbeing. Our oldest, who is now six, has excelled in his violin practice through thoughtful teaching from all of the instructors, and wonderful support for us as parents, to help guide their daily practice. Christy's passion for music education is a huge gift to our community, but words don't do it justice; you really have to be a part of the SSSM family to experience it!
