Who is involved? Most students are performing and ALL students are invited to attend. See the exact schedule below with your time to come to perform between 1-4pm; Piano & Cello & Guitar - Those chording to "Cock of the North" Orchestra Violin - Those playing "Cock of the North" or "Country Waltz" Step and Piano Chording Students Hip Hop dancers Where? Most students are performing and ALL students are invited to attend. Sun - Back parking lot of the school (you can park on neighboring streets) Rain - In the school hall What time? Check the schedule below for your times to perform (many are TWICE) and you can come before and stay afterward for fun, games, and to meet the animals. Who can I invite? This event is open to the public for you to enjoy with your family and friends. What is the cost? This is a FREE event sponsored by the school. There will be a table set up to see the letters exchanged by our students to the school we are friends with in Kenya. You can stop by to learn about our school project. If you purchase and donate a $10 textbook for the children at the school you can also write an inspirational message to them to put inside the front cover of your book while there. What's going on? Music, family games, treats, and a petting zoo! SEE YOU THERE! CAN'T WAIT!

This is also a great time to discover new things you love about your instrument! Summer lesson ideas: Work on your sight-reading Learn a favorite movie theme song or pop songs Try some composing Play duets with your teacher Try some singing lessons Learn a hip hop dance Learn a new fiddle set!
NOTE: At the end of the summer, students can participate in the first concert of the year where they can choose TWO pieces to perform.
