Elsa Allred comes from the stage — she trained in dance, Pilates and Yoga and has performed as a vocalist and dancer for years — and it shows in how she teaches. Music going, energy up, and the class over before you've thought about checking the clock. You'll work hard and leave lighter than you came in. If the word "Pilates" makes you picture something slow and serious, come and see what she does with it. Wear something you can move in. Mats and equipment are here for you.
