Nova Scotia Youth Ambassadors

The Nova Scotia Youth Ambassadors (NSYA) is a talented group of young violinists. Their performances blend Classical music with Celtic, Old-time, French Acadian, and Meti traditions of fiddling, singing and dance.

This talented group of youth have performed across Canada from Halifax to Ontario and to BC. They have made a dozen music videos you can enjoy on Youtube, performed for the Lieutenant Governor, the Mayor, festivals, conferences, special events and even in the Royal Canadian Tattoo.

Junior NSYA

The Junior NSYA are students who are in training to join the Nova Scotia Youth Ambassodors someday. While learning the ropes they perform in nursing homes and community events around Halifax. They are young and enthusiastic. Sure to bring a smile to everyones face as they share traditional Maritime music and dance.

Musical Theatre Performance Group

These young people are full of music and love to share it with others. Some of their current favourite songs are "Bad to the Bone" from the Descendants, "It's a Hard Knock Life", from Annie and "An Island" from Anne & Gilbert to name just a few.

Performing at Nursing homes and community events the Junior Musical Theater Performance group will make you tap your feet and sing along.
