When & Who: This Saturday, April 22nd Piano - All piano groups Cello - Ptw/Tw/ book 1 groups Guitar - All guitar groups Violin - PTw/ Tw groups Photos will be taken 10 minutes AFTER each group class. Please do not rush off after group class and miss your photos! Saturday, April 29th Violin - book 1 and up classes Cello - book 2 class SECE - both Saturday classes Thursday, April 27th SECE 10am class SECE 6pm class May 13th morning Musical Theater, all students at their dress rehearsal 10:30am Who: All students attending their regular SSSM group classes. Where: After each group class students will be directed outside to the back parking lot area against the church's main back door area. Students will return sashes there and can leave from this location with their parents. Please stay around the corner out of sight and do not take photos or distract students as we have to be very fast. No worries, We share copies of the photos with parents. What to Wear: Dress in white tops and dress black bottoms. We provide the students with Tartan sashes. Teachers and assisting parents wear Black dress tops and black dress bottoms.
May 13th Concert Details
When: Senior and intermediate players arrive at 5:45 PM Beginners arrive at 6 PM Who: All students in the school who regularly attend their group classes. This is a GROUP class concert. Where: Performers are dropped off at the basement entrance on the Barrington Rd side of the Saint Mary's Basilica, 5221 Spring Garden Rd, Halifax. Parents will leave their children with their teachers dressed in their dress black and white concert attire and with their instruments. Parents with tiny ones going on stage also wait before the concert with their children in the basement wearing all black. If your tiny player is sitting with their parents and not with their class during the concert, then please keep their instrument cases at your seat in the audience and not in the basement. Ill send a video on where to park and where the basement is for you the week before if this is your first concert here. What to Wear: Dress in white tops and dress black bottoms.
