DONATED OLD LAPTOPS – for Kenyan Students

The tea-field school,  is a school in Kenya, we will be visiting on our trip, that is looking for used old laptops for their Senior students in class. If any of you have one in your closet or basement You are willing to donate we will bring them with us. Email hodderchristy@gmail.com

FREE TICKETS FOR SYMPHONY NS – reply by Tuesday night

The SNS has offered free tickets to the Students and Teachers of the SSSM for this Thursday’s Masterworks Concert by Symphony Nova Scotia.  More information about the concert is below. They apologize for the quick / short notice.

I will need to know at least the number of tickets by the end of today on Tuesday (Oct 9). I also need to know names (e.g. Bob Smith, 3 tickets) to send on to them.

You can pick up your tickets at the Symphony Boutique on the evening of the concert.  Please arrive BEFORE 7:20pm.

AMAZING WEEK at the SSSM with our BC exchange students

Big Thankyous from the BC fiddle group for the wonderful week and warm welcomes they got from our school and community. Thanks to everyone who came to and who played in the the wonderful concert we shared with them.
